2022 — The Idea
Tammy dreamed of creating a service that would make it easier for
people to grow and bloom in the digital world. What began as a
passion quickly became a purpose, helping businesses thrive by
optimizing their social media.
End of 2022 — Planting The Seed
Virtual Bloom was born, starting with a handful of clients and a
mission: to give business owners the support and creative
strategies they needed to shine online and move closer to success.
2023 — Growth Mode
As more businesses trusted us to guide their digital journey, we
expanded our services to include website design, branding, and
content creation - giving clients more tools to grow their
businesses with confidence.
2024 — Sprouting The Team
We grew our team with talented, creative people who share one
goal: helping businesses succeed. With fresh ideas and strategic
expertise, we provided even stronger support to our clients'
growth.
2026 — Today We're Blooming
Today, Virtual Bloom continues to help businesses thrive, expand
their reach, and connect meaningfully with their audience. With a
dedicated team of 9, we support multiple clients while staying
hands-on and personal, committed to making their success our

Founder & Creative Lead. Tammy
shapes the strategy, vision, and creative direction behind
Virtual Bloom, ensuring every campaign is intentional and
aligned with client growth. She focuses on building brands that
feel consistent, purposeful, and alive.
Fueled by coffee, family time, and a passion for small business
growth, her goal is to create a culture where every brand feels
truly seen and understood.
Video Editor & On-Camera Talent.
Shandon brings stories to life through sharp editing and
engaging on-camera presence, adding energy and personality to
every project. With a passion for filmmaking and creative
storytelling, he's always looking for new ways to elevate
content.
Outside of work, you'll find him on the golf course, training
toward his Private Pilot's Licence, or exploring music and car
culture.
Creative Strategist & Campaign Designer.
Emma turns bold ideas into strategic, visually compelling
campaigns that align seamlessly with each brand's goals. She
combines thoughtful planning with strong design to help brands
show up intentionally and beautifully online.
Passionate about trends and content creation, her mission is to
ensure every brand communicates with clarity and purpose.
Video Editor & Creative.
Savanna crafts compelling videos and brings fresh ideas that
help every project stand out. With a strong eye for storytelling
and visual flow, she creates content that connects and inspires.
When she's not editing, she enjoys baking, being in nature,
staying active, and exploring new creative techniques.
Operations & Campaign Manager.
Bianca keeps Virtual Bloom running smoothly while driving
results through paid ads, client strategy, and strong
operational support. She blends structure with creativity to
ensure brands not only look good, but perform.
Outside of work, she enjoys nature walks, photography, and
experimenting with new recipes.
Concept & Creative Designer + Engagement Specialist.
Priya brings ideas to life through thoughtful design and
meaningful engagement, turning everyday moments into beautiful
brand stories. Her creativity and energy shine through
everything she creates.
Outside of work, she channels that same determination into
crafting and cycling, always aiming to inspire connection
through content.
Creative Campaign Designer & Visual Storyteller.
Berenice transforms strategy into scroll-stopping visuals,
designing intentional campaigns and impactful once-off launch
content that bring brands to life online. She has a strong eye
for aesthetic and structure, ensuring every design feels
cohesive and purposeful.
When she's not designing, she's at the gym, adventuring with her
dog Koda, or painting and dreaming about Bali.
Video Editor & Motion Creative.
Antoine transforms raw footage into dynamic, story-driven
content that captures attention and keeps audiences engaged.
With a background in animation and film, he blends cinematic
thinking with digital creativity to craft intentional, on-trend
edits.
Currently completing his degree in Film Arts, he spends his
downtime hiking, fishing, running, or immersed in a good game.
Content Creator & Video Editor.
Francois blends creative storytelling with a strong sales
background, allowing him to create content that not only looks
great but connects and converts. Comfortable behind the camera
and in conversation, he brings natural energy to shoots and
builds instant rapport with clients.
Passionate about motorcycles, dogs, and photography, he
approaches every project with creativity, confidence, and a
people-first mindset.
